Some skate shoes companies on the net offer free delivery, Ink footwear wants your skate shoes and other items to arrive to you without worry, so our deliveries will be shipped via Fed Ex UK. Ink footwear can ship 2 items for £5.75, delivered the next day if ordered before 1 pm.
If you order on a Friday, your items will be shipped on the following Monday to arrive to you on Tuesday.
If you are ordering Rocket dog boots or Emu boots, the cost is £5.75 for each item.
For skate shoes and other items ordered to the highlands, channel islands and Northern Ireland the cost is £8.00 for each item. For International orders the cost is £11.00. Skate shoes and other items will be shipped via Royal mail first class signed for.
Ink footwear has tracking numbers for every order dispatched. In the unlikely event there is a delivery problem. Please phone Ink footwear on 01924 299820 and we in turn will phone Fed Ex and provide you with tracking numbers and information on your shipment.
If there is an address query, Fed Ex will normally phone you directly for further instructions. Ink footwear will not be held responsible for items not arriving the next day for any of the following 4 reasons.
1) The address given to us was incorrect.
2) A new address not on the Fed Ex data base.
3) A hard to find address or a college campus where no additional delivery instructions were provided.
4) Abnormal Fed Ex operations due to weather.
Please leave a message on the order form field for any special delivery instructions so we can pass the information on to Fed Ex UK.
